With our store, you don't have to worry that the size you choose will not fit or otherwise not meet your expectations. Thanks to the integration of our store with returns, you buy without stress and worry that returning your purchase will be a road through agony.

You have 100 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations you can send them back to us within 100 days of receiving them. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard!

1 Print the form Generate return documents with address labels, and then print them.

2 Dispatch the parcel Put the packed goods along with the return document in a cardboard box and seal it well.

3 Get a refund You will receive a refund until 5 days after we receive your parcel.

Details of the steps for handing over the return:

Log in to your account, then in the returns panel select the goods you would like to return;
In the next steps, choose the return by clicking on the option “I will use the store's shipments” and choosing the form in which you want to receive the returned money;
Generate return documents with address labels, then print them and be sure to sign the return document;
Put the packed goods along with the return document into the carton for shipping and seal it well. You can use the carton in which you received the ordered goods. .
We will refund your money, in the form selected in the return wizard, immediately. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide proof of return.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
